Do this:

Step 1:  Enter your user name in the “User Name” field on any page of the BBNBI web site.  (Note – if you don’t see a place to enter your user name, you are probably already logged in.  It is possible you could still be logged in from a previous session.)

Step 2:  Click the link that says, “forgot your password?”.  If the username doesn’t exist in the BBNBI database, you’ll see a red text message that says “There is no such username. Please contact our staff by using "Contact Us" above.
