The PRINT button activates a Java script. From time to time, a users system can be configured so as to resist running java scripts. There are some easy workarounds for PC users.
WORK-AROUND #1
The easiest workaround is to activate printing manually. Here’s how:
1. If you have not already done so, click the green button. If all goes correctly, a new window will open that displays your test results. If this window doesn’t open, skip down to the last Workaround suggestion.
2. Right-click in the middle of the test questions area.
3. Left-click the “Print” option.
WORK-AROUND #2
We have found that it works well to copy and paste the test results into a Word document and then print from the Word document. Here are the steps:
1. Left-click to the left of the word “No.” at the top-left side of the test results table. The word “No.” is white text on a green background and is short for the word “Number”. This is the column heading for the test question number. With the left mouse button held down, drag the mouse arrow down the screen and to the right until your answer for question number 15 is highlighted.
2. Right-click in the highlighted area and select “copy”.
3. Open a word processing document like Microsoft Word or a new Excel spreadsheet.
4. Right-click inside the new document and select “paste”.
5. Print the test results from within the new document.
WORK-AROUND #3
If you are unable to open the printer-friendly page with the green button, you can still print from the page that isn’t meant to be printer friendly. Please note that most printers will cut off the far right side of the page, making your answers not show on your screen. But the correct answers will still show on your printed copy.
1. Right-click over any one of the test questions.
2. Left-click Print.
3. Left-click the button.
