A five-year contract was broken with over two years to go. I had everything set, I thought managing in the Big leagues would be great. Now what would I do? I was faced with making a hard decision to move my family back to Florida. But it was there that a loving wife and caring friend guided me to the Bible and a regular study of it. Now as I travel around the country telling my baseball stories, I know the only thing that I have to tell that will help anyone is the principles and precepts from God's Word. The baseball stories will be forgotten, but the insight from the Book will last forever.
