What's Your Vocation?

Paul addressed Timothy in his second letter with these words: “God has saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace.”

There is the calling to salvation which the Holy Spirit does in our hearts and then the calling to service which varies for all of us.  But for every believer there are some common vocations in which God would have us to serve Him in this life.

Dr. Warren Wiersbe has a great series on six vocations in Scripture.  Dr. Wiersbe is a seasoned teacher that you owe it to yourself to hear and learn from his wise words.  God has used him to reach the masses through many years on the radio, extensive conference travels around the world, and as author of numerous books.
