Success. Something we all want to find and enjoy. Our is landscape is littered with the advice of life coaches, sports’ stars, business gurus and tv preachers that want to help us identify and experience success.
We can find ourselves busily digging holes, piling up things that are as worthless as dirt, wasting our lives, and finding out too late that these ideas of success are really just shiny pyrite (fools gold). But God would have us to find the joy of eternal success.
What is the secret to eternal success? Daniel, the Old Testament prophet, knew something of genuine, lasting success. He pointed out for all truly aspiring wisdom seekers this golden nugget: “There is a God in heaven that reveals secrets and makes known.” The secret to success is buried treasure in the Blessed Book. Sadly, too many many read the Scriptures carelessly and incredulously. The secret is amazingly simple; you can discover this it in your Bible, in Joshua 1:8. This secret will lead you to noble purpose, genuine fulfillment and lasting joy.
It is not enough to just discover God’s truths. We must obey what we learn. Take this secret; put it into practice in our daily life and then share it with a friend. It will serve you well throughout this life and allow you to step into eternity with courage and assurance.
